Excellent! Maybe you should also post some of your bread recipes! Oven construction is on pause for me as well. Last winter I pretty much built from Oct - Feb no problem. Oh well, maybe March will be a bit warmer for us. I have finishing and roof work to complete. The core of my oven has been working great for a year now. We just made pizza for 30 this past Saturday.

Where are you located in Atlanta?? I am in Marietta and mostly completed my Alan Scott designed oven last year. I know of one other person in the Suger Hill area that has an oven.

I built my first oven with help from Rado. He suggested that I make the first one out of clay and to just experiment with it. That oven actually heats up much quicker than the one I built at my home. Iit is listed on his sight. It is the ugly clay thing that looks like an igloo
