Great to have another brick oven neighbor. I've often thought a monthly getting together at the rotating location of the ovens would be fun and a chance to swap recipes or just have a beer. I had help with mine ( I built to the stage you are up to, and then had the oven itself built. ) I look forward to seeing your progress.
