Yes, in fact I double panned these two as the the oven was pretty warm, about 560 degrees.  Baked about 15 minutes then removed from the oven and sprinkled with cheese and returned to oven for another 15 minutes.

Focaccia ready to bake.  Prosciutto, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, baby arugula, caramelized shallots/garlic, olive oil infused with fresh basil/garlic
