Looking to build another oven soon. A smaller one at our shore house that will eventually become our retirement home.

Hi BIll - me too. I sold my house with the large Alan Scott oven and downsized but have a perfect spot for a 40" round oven. Trying to decide to start with a Forno Bravo kit or scratch build. I want to do a Napolitani Style oven.
