Still building my oven on my trailer... but I can't wait to get it done! I'll also be building an earth oven at a friend's house this summer. Did you follow Denzer's directions or did you go rogue?

I built my oven last summer with the guidance of Kiko Denzer's book on earth ovens. I built it all by myself!!!
Since the fall I have been working on the long learning curve for firing it and baking. It's great. I wish I had more time and wood. I am also glad that the days are getting longer and I will no longer be baking in the dark!
